And there was I, thinking that the awards season was well and truly over. What with 'Slumdog Millionaire' sweeping up at the Oscars the other night. And Rushdie getting on its act straight away. I agree with the old man on adaptations, but as I have not seen the movie yet I can't give you my honest opinion.
Back to the awards malarkey and I have been given two lovely prizes by two of my favourite blogs:
The first one was bequeathed by none other than Dream Create Repeat, a witty site to which I default at least twice per week (if not more) for its clever comments and beautiful pictures.
And the second one was given to me by dancingdocdesign, a beautiful blog with stunning images and honest commentary. And based in France! Can life get any better?
Many thanks to both, I feel touched and honoured to have been chosen.
books, life, music....what more can I ask of you?
