I listen to music with songs in a language I don't understand, and I realize (again) how similar people are around the world. The language becomes irrelevant: do you like the tempo, the music, the beat, the sound? Yes. Yet another commonality.
The song is called 'March Waters' because in Brazil that's when summer ends and autumn begins, they're in the southern hemisphere, hence seasons are different. Elis' voice is so soothing and her personality was so rich. It's a pity we don't have her with us anymore.
A favorite of mine...and isn't Portuguese (ok Brazilian) language just so beautiful ? I try to learn a song by Milton Nascimento just because i love the rhythm of this language and Milton's words of course...
thanks for you comment on the new header (long story about it, may i'll blog about it!)
haven't read your post below yet..but translator/traitor..i know what this means ! :-)
